Three people are standing in a room.
The
first is a Chinese businessman who cooperates with his government to
buy mining and port facilities in Asia and Africa as a future guarantee
that other nations are dependent on Chinese infrastructure.
The
second is a Russian politician, trained by the KGB in the 1980s to
psycho-analyze American leaders and, with the help of Russian
billionaires, will provide for American leaders and military officers
weeks of hedonistic parties.
The
third person in the room is you, an American wage-earner. As soon as
you were hired, you were considered a liability by your company's
insurance and by Wall Street investors. Your child attends public school
and one time you were late on a credit card payment.
A
fourth person walks into the room, an American legislator. The
legislator looks at the three of you and decides one of you is the
enemy. Guess who.
P.S.
If the legislator isn't sure, a team of lobbyists from the insurance,
banking, and pharmaceutical industries will help him make his decision.
